3/2020 – current Morningstar Wealth Sr. Product Manager
· Lead and manage a team of four delivery squads comprised of product managers, engineers and designers in charge of delivering initiatives for Portfolio Construction – it is the key revenue driver of the Wealth Management Platform (TAMP) which represents initiatives around investment offerings and how they are researched and constructed by financial advisors.
· Lead one or more multiple key initiatives such as: Unified Managed Account (UMA) program, Direct Indexing program, new custodian onboarding, custodian migration of BNY Mellon to Pershing, straight-through digital account opening via DocuSign, and Enterprise Sub Advisory.

2/2013 – 2/2020 Adobe Systems Project Lead
· Led and managed the delivery of - Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) – a premier content management solution for enterprise clients such as: Price Waterhouse Coopers, Under Armour, Ford, Fox Sports, Verizon, Levi’s, Aetna, AT&T, Kemin Industries, MetLife, Wegmans, MD Anderson, Rite Aid, Belk, BRP, etc.
· Delivered from small to large deal projects for Experience Manager with Marketing Cloud integrations such as Analytics, Target, Campaign, Search and 3rd party systems such as Salsify, Magento, client-built APIs, etc.
· As the chief client product owner for AEM, I managed agile projects with multiple scrum teams of onshore, offshore, partners and client resources. Led the requirement gathering to meet the client objectives, scoped discovery meetings, delivered Agile presentations, UX walkthrough, and managed the typical Scrum ceremonies such as: Planning, Standup, Retrospective, User Acceptance, and any other agile processes.
· As a project manager, I managed the intricacies of budgeting, hours allocation/projection, team coaching, tasks tracking across multiple tracks, steering committee meetings for project status/milestones/risks/issues - all to delicately manage the client expectation and to balance the project management triangle of scope/cost/time.
· Wrote internal whitepapers and contributed internal consulting tools to improve delivery such as: Release Plan, Daily Standup Board, Minimum Viable Product Options, and ACS Playbook.
